Partnerships

The Waterline considers collaborations that are relevant to aquariums and fishkeeping and useful to readers. Commercial arrangements do not determine independent editorial coverage.

Possible collaborations

We consider clearly defined educational collaborations, relevant resource contributions, and partner placements for products or services connected to aquariums. Proposals should explain the subject, intended audience, format, and any commercial terms or material the partner would provide.

Labelling and editorial separation

Sponsored articles and other paid material are labelled clearly. Partner placements are identified as partner material and kept distinct from independent editorial recommendations. Payment does not buy a favorable review, an editorial endorsement, or control over unrelated coverage.

Send a proposal

Use the Contact page and select the partnership option. Include a concise description of the proposal and how it relates to the publication. We review fit and terms before agreeing to any collaboration.
